Tanya, Cultivating the Inner Life

Discover inner resource that could help you resolve the most troubling, vexing and intimate human dilemmas:

  • Why is life such a struggle, a constant challenge?
  • Why is my inner life so full of contradictions?
  • How does one deal with anger, anxiety, unwholesomedesires, jealousies, stress and emotional, mental andspiritual blockages?
  • What is secret of developing loving and lasting personalRelationship?
  • How does one attain genuine joy, satisfaction, and a generalsense of wholesomeness?

Lessons in Tanya is a well-lit and accessible gateway to the Tanya. Lessons In Tanya takes the acute ideas and concepts of the Tanya and makes them readily accessible to the eager student, as it leads the reader through every paragraph and page, illuminating the mystical, often allusive, Talmudic, Kabbalistic, and Scriptural verses and concepts. It fills many gaps in what the terse Tanya text assumes to be the reader’s background knowledge.

Each of the lectures was examined and amended by the Lubavitcher Rebbe, Rabbi Menachem M. Schneersohn, so that much of the material includes the Rebbe’s insights and explanatory comments. Lessons in Tanya online is taught by Rabbi Ben Tzion Krasnianski Director of Chabad Upper East Side, Our goal is to provide for a TANYA curriculum that is coherent, ‘user-friendly’ and extensive.
